PA013C SAE to USB & USB-C Charger and Voltmeter

Hook the charger up to your battery and you have a USB or Type C charging AND a voltmeter.  The unit has an ON/OFF switch so when you’re not riding, turn the unit OFF and you won’t drain your battery.  Comes with a 1m long SAE to SAE lead, a mirror mount and a couple of zip ties to secure the unit to your bike.  When the adapter is plugged in and powered ON, it will display the voltage of your battery.  To remove the unit from your bike, simply unplug and slip it from the mount.

NOTE:  If you don’t have a battery SAE fly lead you will have to order a PA006.

Good, but could be better

While the SAE connector might make sense for some applications, it is bulky and complicates neat fitting.
My motorcycle cuts accessory power when I press the ignition, so I must always turn the charger on after starting the bike. Thus didn’t always happened, especially if I turned off the bike with ignition on, then restarted, ir had the charger on prior to starting. I’m wondering if I could fit a capacitor across the power to keep the charger running while starting.
Otherwise it did the job nicely.
