Shipping policy
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Accuracy of address and phone number for delivery is the responsibility of the customer. Units will be shipped to the address exactly as it is entered. Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be resent but additional shipping charges may be applied. We will notify the customer to get the correct address before attempting to resend and before charging for any additional shipping costs. We do not refund shipping charges.
